Plummer Blocks

Plummer Blocks are robust bearing housings designed for easy installation and maintenance. They are manufactured from high-strength cast iron as standard but are also available in cast
steel or spheroidal graphite cast iron. The housings have a re-lubrication facility and can be used with either oil or grease lubrication. Their split-housing design allows for quick inspection and replacement of bearings, making
them ideal for systems that require frequent maintenance or that operate in tough environments. They offer excellent support and alignment for rotating shafts in industries such
as mining, construction, and manufacturing. These housings protect bearings from contaminants and facilitate lubrication, enhancing bearing life.

Lock Nuts and Lock Washers:
Used for positioning bearings on shafts and for securing bearing sleeves in place. KM series and MB series

Bearing Sleeves

• Adapter Sleeves: Used for securing bearings with tapered bores onto shafts, Adapter.Sleeves simplify mounting and dismounting, providing a secure and flexible fit.  Adapter Sleeves series H and HE.
• Withdrawal Sleeves: Designed to dismount bearings from tapered shafts, Withdrawal Sleeves ensure precision and efficiency in industrial applications. Withdrawal Sleeves series AH and AHX.

End Covers:
Protect the bearing from dust and other contaminants, increasing bearing life.

Circlips:
Help in axial positioning of bearings inside housings or on shafts.

Locating Rings:
Locating Rings are used to secure a Bearing in Place in the housing on both sides of the shaft.
